Planning Your Event

 

Our menu lists some of our more popular items but if there is something you would like, that is not listed, please give us a call for a quote.

 

Prices are priced as pickup only, delivery charge and hourly setup/attendant fees are available by quote. Our service includes buffet table setup, keeping the table full, and take down after the dinner. If you need additional service please request an additional quote.

 

Our minimum order size is $1,200 and a nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your date.

 

We serve all of east Idaho including, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Blackfoot, Pocatello & Aberdeen.

 

What is provided with my order?

We provide the following items with service:

  • Hard Plastic Clear Plates

  • Clear Plastic Utensils  - As Needed

  • White Napkins

  • Clear Plastic Cups - if Beverages are ordered

If your event has service:

  • We provided the chaffing dishes and glass platters to display the food.

We don't provide the following items:

  • Glass Plates, Glasses, or Metal Utensils

  • Table Cloths

  • Tables & Chairs

  • Decorations

What will my pickup/delivery order come in?

  • Black plastic catering trays with dome lids

  • Boxes

  • Metal Tins

How many people should I plan on for my reception?

  • While the number you plan on is always up to you, typically, we see about half the number of invitations sent will come to a reception. 

How far in advance do you need a final number?

  • Typically, we need the final number for your event 2 weeks before. 

How do I choose what to serve?

  • If you are doing a reception or party type event with desserts or appetizers only, usually you want 2-3 items per person for both categories.  That way each person can sample each item.

  • For example, you could do:

    • Brownie Bites

    • Mini Cheesecakes

    • Mini Fruit Tarts

    • Cheese Kabobs

    • Fruit Kabobs

    • Shrimp Cocktails​

 

What does your service include?

  • Service includes setting up the buffet table, keeping the table full during the event, take down after the dinner and clean up of the kitchen area we used. Usually 2 hours.  

  • If you need additional service above what is listed please let us know before the event so we can price the service accordingly.  

How far do you travel?

  • We have done events from Aberdeen to St. Anthony to Mud Lake. 

Does my event center need a kitchen?

  • Depending on the distance from Blackfoot, a kitchen area may be required. Some items have to be baked onsite. Please let us know in advance and we can let you know if a oven is needed.
